What happens after submission?
Your responses are stored in our Tally workspace for review. We don't currently promise a specific response time. The contact form is not a booking helpdesk, so urgent reservations, cancellations, refunds and transfer changes must go through your travel provider.
Privacy
The form asks for a name, reply email, category and message. Tally processes submissions as a separate service; review our privacy notice and Tally's privacy policy. The form includes anti-spam verification.
